Once
you feel you have your files ready to go to your printer,
but really feel as though there could be questions or
possible problems with your files, simply download them
to us. Give us simple information based on your files
such as is a MACINTOSH or a PC platform job. We use
this information to help us start your job right!! We
do not cross-platform MACINTOSH or PC files. That is
one of the first mistakes most companies make in prepress.
Give us the final trim size of your job. Give us the
color setup, for example is it a 4 color process job
or a 2 color black and Pantone color job. Are there
RGB color files that need converting? Let us know if
the job contains varnishes that need to be separated.
Are these varnishes spot or flood varnishes. These are
only a few of the questions that we may need answered
to complete your file.
We
will do a comprehensive preflight of your files and
give you a report based on our findings. Theses reports
will help analyze potential problems before printing.
It will also give you the opportunity to fix any errors
on your end or have us correct them and continue our
process of providing a print ready PDF file.
We do not check spelling or gramatic errors. We do not
proof read files. Customers are responsible for misspelled
words or gramatic errors. We do generate and scan barcodes
based on the numerals provided but are not responsible
for the numbers being incorrect for a given product.
We
also check for CMYK color modes. We will convert RGB
color to CMYK but are not responsible for bad color.
RGB images turned to CMYK sometimes tend to become washed
out. If files are color critical, we do offer precise
color correction, but do not take that initiative unless
specified by you the customer.

rates can be configured on an hourly basis or at a per
